ibis is Shauna Young and Corinne Saad

The ibis team is a powerful, effective blend of experience, expertise and common good sense.

Corinne and Shauna have each been in the communications business for more than 20 years.

Shauna

Shauna's career began at a small radio station on Cape Breton Island. She quickly moved onto CBC television, first as a reporter in Saskatchewan and Alberta, then anchoring and producing the supperhour news. She moved back to radio to become the voice of the CBC Edmonton News every weekday morning. Her jobs in radio also included hosting current affairs programs, producing and writing newscasts, and most recently, working with Corinne as senior producer of radio news.

Corinne

Corinne's experience includes reporting for the BBC World Service in the Middle East and producing for the BBC's flagship current affairs program 'Newshour'. In 1993, she crossed the Atlantic to settle in Edmonton, working for the CBC. She produced the radio morning show, was senior producer for radio news and wrote and produced award-winning documentaries and election specials.

Corinne and Shauna were responsible for the content and writing of daily newscasts, for managing a team of reporters, for producing award-winning documentaries and series, and for developing a website.
